What this policy covers
This policy explains what information D&L Malden Concrete Company collects through this website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. We're a concrete contractor in Malden, MA, and this site exists so homeowners can learn about our work and ask us for an estimate.
It applies to every page on the site, from the home page to our service and city pages. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, call us or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job. You might also send photos of a driveway, patio or slab so we can see the problem before we come out.
You choose what to share. We only ask for what we need to reply to you and plan an estimate, and you don't have to give us anything to browse the site.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and we limit who on our team can see it to the people who need it for your job. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send us payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
Some states give residents more privacy rights, and we'll honor a request that the law where you live requires. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
